You may use UROLINQ – Virtual Care if:

  • Or you are under 18 but have parental or guardian consent

  • You agree to provide truthful and complete health information

  • You are located in an area where we legally offer virtual care services

3. What You Agree To

  • Use our platform only for lawful and personal health purposes

  • Not misuse, hack, or disrupt the platform

  • Keep your login details secure and not share them

4. Telemedicine Limitations

UROLINQ – Virtual Care is not a replacement for emergency care.

If you have a medical emergency, call emergency services, or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Also:

  • Our doctors may refer you to a specialist or recommend physical examination if needed

  • We do not prescribe controlled substances or provide medico-legal opinions

  • We are not responsible for internet connection issues on your end

  • We are not liable for damages or losses caused by delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate information that you provide
